Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Rhino Roofing Texas, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Rhino Roofing Texas provides roofing services including but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial roof installation
  • Roof repairs and maintenance
  • Emergency roofing services
  • Roof inspections

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during the project.

Payment Terms

  • Deposits may be required before work commences
  • Final payment is due upon completion of work
  • We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and bank transfers
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranties

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and materials used. All warranties are detailed in your service contract.

Scheduling and Cancellations

  • We will make every effort to complete work within the scheduled timeframe
  • Weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may affect scheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellation fees may apply in certain circumstances

Liability

Rhino Roofing Texas is fully licensed and insured. We maintain liability insurance to protect our customers and our team. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other factors beyond our control.

Property Access

By scheduling services, you grant us permission to access your property as necessary to complete the work. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas.

Material Selection

While we provide recommendations, the final selection of materials is the customer's responsibility. We guarantee proper installation but cannot warranty against manufacturer defects.

Disputes

In the event of any dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
